My overall experience with Abra was excellent. It started with me first contacting Abra to set up an appointment and Crystal who I spoke with was genuine, caring and a joy to speak with. She walked me through the whole process of what I needed to do from setting up the appointment to picking up my car. When I arrived to dropped my car Crystal knew who I was and extended a warm sincere greeting. Once things were situated with the rental car Stan took over. He reviewed the estimate with me, told me what they would be doing to my car and asked if I was okay with them giving her a bath (which she needed), all the while he was genuine, caring and answered all of my questions. Just a wonderful gentleman to talk with. Abra kept me updated on the progress of my car with daily emails. I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received. The manager was great. He stayed till 6pm so I could drop off the rental car and pick up my Chevy Traverse. I really appreciate him staying to help us. The repairs looked great and the paint job was done very well.

They cleaned the inside of my car really well and the actual repair work was well done also. There were some streak marks left from the liquid that was used to clean, but that is very minor. I appreciate you all cleaning it.
