Please do not contact me. I was told to come pick up my car, I wasn't able to pick it up because my check had been lost in the shuffle of the 9 million Abra locations. Instead of letting me take my car and figuring it out, I was inconvenienced and told to come back at a later time. Luckily, I was able to keep my rental car for a few more days, but they made me feel stupid for coming out and said that they had contacted me notifying me that they were wrong and I COULDN'T pick up the car when they told me I could. That was just untrue. I was really mad at the lack of communication I received. The service done on my vehicle was fine and didn't take too long, but unfortunately, my experience was ruined in the end and I will not be returning to Abra.

Very well run. I never waited more than a couple minutes. Front desk girl very nice and competent. Very pleased overall. My car turned out perfect. Not the first time I’ve used Abra and each time I’ve been pleased. Will definitely use them again (hopefully I won’t need to) but if I do, I know my car is in good hands.

It took almost 8 weeks to fix my car after I hit a deer, finally got a call my car was ready last week and turned in my rental car and the battery was dead and then they jumped it and the airbag sensor was still on. Finally, after another week I got my car back. Still waiting for them to close out my account with Enterprise since they were paying for my rental the last 3 weeks since there was so many oversights. Just a complete hot mess and very stressful experience. Can’t say I will recommend Abra to anyone. I would hate for anyone to relive what I’ve been through. Very disappointing experience however Eddie Russell genuinely appeared compassionate and empathetic about my experience which I appreciated greatly.

Alexsys would always calm me, but my car went back for adjustments twice after originally being told that repairs were complete. I said on the day I dropped my car off that my biggest issue is being inconvenienced. I was inconvenienced quite often with Abra.
