I was called Cheri three times via text message (my name is Carol) and my Chargers sticker was removed and placed in a different location (why??). Other than that, my car was fixed above my expectations and customer service was good. I have to go buy a new sticker though. Can't understand why it was removed. It was not in the way. Hensen worked on my bumper and the sticker was high on the glass rear door. But I still would recommend and use Hensen's again.
