Check in process was good and easy, but check out process was a little different. People weren't as welcoming and eager to assist me.

I am overall satisfied with the work done ,however I was a little disappointed that it took a couple of days to have my car fixed due to the delay in delivery of the part needed to fix the car and also the tech not working on weekends.I took consolation in the fact that my car was fixed well and cleaned for me though.

Pat is always helpful as usual. Only problem is that the car needs to come back in because the sunroof after repair, does not seal properly and leaks air at highway speed.
