As a manager I would suggest that your front line workers not be on their phones texting . When I dropped my car off the young lady texted while helping me very annoying and unprofessional.

The repair was great but what I'm not happy about is the fact that when I looked in the ashtray of my vehicle I noticed that my coins was missing. There were plenty of quaters, dimes, and nickles.
