I had a great experience with Elite. The customer service and professionalism were fantastic from start to finish; including reception staff, who were warm and friendly, even when they were very busy. I greatly appreciated that.
Rudy was the specialist helping me with my car. He took time to explain the process, step-by-step, and let me know exactly what to expect. I genuinely appreciated the fact that I was never in the dark or unclear about any issue. That's true not only for the detailed explanation of the estimate, but also with the process for a rental, my insurance, and timeframe for return of the car.
I also appreciated the fun & informative text messages with status updates on the repair work; as well as Rudy's frequent calls with specific information about the progress.
My car was returned to me ahead of schedule; and so far, I am absolutely satisfied with the repair work done on the car. Not to mention that it was washed and vacuumed!
I would definitely go to Elite for any future repair needs and gladly recommend Elite to friends, family and anyone else.
