Yes, I had to scrub paint off my front car seats, and I'm in the process off scrubbing it out from my windshield. Maybe if you guys pay a little more attention that would be great, it is annoying to scrub down. Thank you.

I know most folks have smart phones and text the heck out of everything, but I do not and every time I get a text from you on how things are going, I get charged for that message. The staff was very kind and answered any question I had during my evaluation. When my car was ready a day earlier than expected, I found out about ten minutes before they closed because my phone died. Warrensburg collision staff did call about 2 hours before close; they allowed me to come at closing time to pick up my car and I greatly appreciated it. The staff I talked to were all polite and patient. The staff were very intelligent and knew what to do with their job.
