Everyone was nice and professional and the service was done in a timely manner. However, I was not happy with the results of my pilot mirror. It moves up and down but not side to side. The part was measured before the work was done and I was told it fits. The part is actually smaller than the original mirror. Other than that, I have no issues.

When I picked up my vehicle, the windshield was covered in snow and I had to wait for to warm up. It just would have been nice to have it cleaned off. The tire pressure was also low and the clock was not set to correct time.

I called for three days straight checking on my car, and every time, no matter who picked up the phone, said they will get to it this evening or first thing tomorrow.after the third day of calling you told me you didn't even have my car in your lot???? But then you actually called the towing services for me. Got my car there the next day. Then finished fixing it a couple day's ahead of schedule. Im extremely pleased with how well you did, and if i ever have any other accident causing repairs, i know exactly where i am going

The paint job on my bumper has a lot of flaws. And there are marks on the upholstery of the driver's seat. One looks like a pen mark and there are two other marks.

My car battery was dead when I picked up my car; this was quickly remedied. I then drove away and noticed that my trim and headliner were hanging out and had not been clipped back into place. I returned, and this was fixed, but I now have footprints in my seat from where they stepped on it to fix it. This isn't that big of a deal, and I appreciate that they fixed it quickly. My biggest problem, however, is that my tail light is about a quarter to half inch off set from each other. It's like the bumper was pushed in when it was put back on. You can also see the difference when looking at the trunk.
