My car has been at thompson since march 30th for service after dealing with the service team there they will never see my car back there again it took them 3 weeks for a check engine light and a burning smell and a bad humidity sensor. It was there when a tornado came thru the parking lot subjecting my car to more damage and needing repairs from tje body shop . I know alot work needed to be done to my car but 2 months was ridiculous. I was told I would have my car may20th of course that did not happen . No one really kept me informed thru the process unless I called to ask questions about my car . Denece I'm not sure if his name is spelled this way was pretty cool but it just frustrated me with the whole process. I received my car june 9th and there where several things still wrong with it I took it back that Monday and did and received it back on tuesday with something still on order. My experience with thompson was teribble and I will never bring my car back there again after this is complete. This was my year to trade it in for a later model but I refused to deal with Thompsons.
