Worse experience. My car has to be taken to another body shop to be repaired. There was no communication and I wasn't told the tow truck ripped part of my bumper off and pUT a hole in it. Several people at my job warned me to 5ake my vehicle out of your shop based on their negative experiences but I gave it a shot. I will warn anyone not to used your dealership and especially the body shop. Also your text messaging system is nroke. It told me my car was done a week sgo.

I wish I could add a photo here because a picture is worth a thousand words.
However, the front of my car now doesn't match. One headlight was replaced and now the other looks completely different. My car doesn't look right. I did ask a gentleman there at the body shop before I left. And was told the other headlight wasnt damaged so it wasn't written into the repair order. Regardless of the Fact it wouldn't look right. I understand what he's saying and I am thankful for him taking the time to speak with me...but it doesn't make sense that the difference in the headlights wasn't taking into consideration. I mean you wouldn't have one yellow fender and one clear because the yellow one wasn't damaged, right? The car doesn't look right. I was told to call my insurance company, that Thompson works for the insurance company not the car owner. I plan to call State Farm this morning. Hopefully someone will address this...

Received the automated text message that my vehicle was ready to be picked up, when i got to the body shop at 5:30pm i was told that it was next to be washed and that would not be until the following day. I was told that the text message is just automatically sent out. Not sure why it would be automatically sent out if the car isn't actually done and able to be picked up.

My truck looks great but unfortunately when I got home and started backing in my driveway I noticed my backup camera isn't working. It was working fine when I dropped it off and it wasn't affected by the accident. Now I need to bring it back and I really do not have time for this. I'm going to call first thing tomorrow and hopefully it's a simple and quick fix.
