Everyone was very nice, informative, got me to the rental co. quickly and sent progress pix. I would have preferred explanation of findings and means of repair. I had been told car would be ready late Tues or on Wed. I told rep that I couldn't come late Wed but would be there Thurs Morning. I didn't call 1st since I had the option of picking it up by 6 Wed evening. I arrived around 10:20 but car was not ready. Adam worked hard to get it but it still took over 20 min and when it did come, I was asked to bring it back and they would clean it up inside. Exterior had been rinsed. I also had a concern with the work and will ask about it when I return next week. It may be the best they can do. I would use them again but would definitely call 1st to verify car was actually ready to go.
