Jason was polite and informative. The lady at the desk has no customer service quality that I would want to be my first impression of a business. She barely speaks, doesn't smile, and doesn't seem to care very much for her job. I showed myself to my car after I paid my deductible. No one went over anything with me, or asked if I was satisfied with the repairs. I started my engine and it sounded like a heard of bison stampeding at me. The RPM's were higher than ever. I put it in reverse and it sounded worse. Then I parked the car next to the rental car, I walked back inside. No one asked if I was satisfied. I stood in the enterprise area which I know isn't Rivertown Ford awaiting someone to arrive. I asked the lady at the front if she could reach out to him. She said, no, but I'm sure he will be back. After Tylar from Enterprise showed up, and I got that part squared away, I Got back in the car, it didn't sound like a heard of bison this time when it started, but the reverse still sounds grinding like to me. It would have been nice for someone to at least walk me to the car and say how's it look? Jason did follow up with a text after I left. I was impressed that it was detailed and I'm thankful for that. I was under the impression that when it got sent to Subaru I would be getting my oil changed and all the lights and mechanical repair lights would be taken care of.... it would have also been nice for someone to reset my clock and date. I had asked about those things before the repair took place. Now I get to be car-less another day and take it for all of those things when it could have been done in one go around. I didn't expect the oil change to be free, but the light had came on after the accident... but I also know it was almost due. I would have paid for that service without question.

The Representative assigned to me was professional, courteous and quick! I would definitely recommend others to this business.

Jason explained the process and kept me informed along the way while repairs were being completed. I am very pleased with the repairs and how good my car looked when I picked it up. Jason was very professional and a pleasure to work with!

My experience here was wonderful. They did a great job and went over the top with making sure my truck was fixed correctly. They have done two different vehicles for me and both were done correctly, on time and done to work with my schedule. Jason is great and takes good care of his customers. I will take my tuck back here over and over if I need to.
