The work on my car was completed in a timely fashion, and I was sent text messages daily to inform me of the status of the repairs - which I greatly appreciated. When I picked up my car, it was even washed! It looked just like it did thr day I bought it off the lot. Great work and absolutely anazing customer service! Major thanks to Brian as well. He was great to work with, very friendly, and extremely professional.

Had to ask for invoice on tire which had a $50.00 mark-up! Steering wheel (emblem) not centered,but it supposed to be with an alignment. Prior to and afterthe incident, (striking pot hole) the steering wheel was positioned centered. Poor service for the dollar amount. Would not reccomend your services!

Donna and the office staff provided such great customer service! I had a previous bad expierience with the Abra in Olive Branch and wasn’t very excited about getting my car repaired at Abra again but the staff at this Horn Lake location completely turned that around. The whole process went so smooth. And Donna made sure I was kept up to date everyday while my vehicle was there. Donna made this whole process so carefree and not stressful at all.
