I love the email update notification about your car. It kept me informed the whole time my car is in the shop. It also helps that Mike’s auto body has a car shuttle that made it easier for me to drop off the car and get to work. Santos was the one assigned to my car and he was thorough and made his promise to complete the repair on time.
