Didn't pay close attention to my comment about the deductible waiver and verified with the wrong person at the claim office about my case instead of verifying ahead of time with my adjustor for the correct information. I was told 3 to 4 days to complete the job as well as stated on the estimate but ended up 8 days including a weekend which really messed up my plans. However the job was beautifully done.
