First, the car is fantastic and all body work is excellent. I’m just not happy with the way Rick treated me. He gave me an estimate and an appointment time. When I called on my appointment day a whole month later he said no parts were ordered and then repeatedly passed the blame. He never owned up to his mistake which caused me to wait from end of July to Mid September for my repair. He also didn’t make any effort to make it up to me and told me that the other customers were more a priority I can only guess because he doesn’t like me. Frankly he treated me like a child throughout all of my interactions with him which is incredibly immature. Thank you John for making things right and actually taking care of me like a customer.
