We were completely satisfied and then some from the moment we walked thru the business doors. We were greeted by Lalo who took excellent care of us throughout the process. Arrangements were made for a rental vehicle for us and that also went smoothly. I was especially appreciative of the e-mail updates I received daily. Usually a person will wonder how things are going and/or about progress; I did not have to wonder or worry. When it was necessary to keep the vehicle over the weekend, I didn't feel inconvenienced because I felt we were in good hands. Overall, our experience with Lalo was very professional and he was forthcoming with all information. When we saw the vehicle for the first time, I was thrilled. I have a brand new vehicle! Lindstroms work is superb; thank you for performing such an incredible job. You truly have an all around great team.
