I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours to let me know how long the job will take. I did not hear back from them for four days before I was told what the timeframe will be. Not to mention I was the one that had to continually call them. Then when my vehicle was done they said they sent a text and I did not receive any communication from them. Five days later after my job was done I got a phone call saying that my car was completed. The insurance was company trying to get me to pay for the five additional days I had the rental car because my car was done and I was still in a rental. When I spoke to The guy that was doing my job he said that he was too busy to call me to tell me it was done but that he sent a text. He also went on to say that the computers were down, so I explained to him if after the first day or two you did not hear from me why would you not pick up the phone and call me to let me know my car was done. His comment was “ I was too busy”! I believe it was very unprofessional! I also had to fight with the insurance to pay for the rental because I was in it 5 days after my
Vehicle was completed.
