Repair took 6 weeks. Initially would not use OEM parts citing delays due to back order of parts from alternative sources. I actually called local Genesis dealer and found the parts available. A month into the repair a structural part was found that needed ordering and replacement. This damaged part should have been identified during the initial damage survey. Due to the long repair my 20 days of rental car coverage was exceeded and resulted in additional out of pocket expenses. I used Service King since they were a Farmers guaranteed shop; mistake on my part.
