I had confidence that Stallings would do a great job and I wasn't disappointed! My only problem was that there was a delay because the part that was ordered came in damaged. That wasn't Stallings fault but of course it delayed me getting my car. I also didn't get it until 5:15 on the day it was scheduled to be finished. When I picked it up it was perfect, washed and ready to go! Thank you!

I would suggest the girl tell me that I needed to turn in rental car BEFORE picking up my car. I drove right by rental car & then had to drive all the way back before picking up my car . Otherwise everything was fine.

The experience reminded me of going to a Doctor's office or the vet. The damage to my car wasn't as bad as I thought, the car was returned clean and in perfect working order, the charges were reasonable (a lot less than expected) and I felt that customer service understood how nervous I was about it. The car wouldn't start at first (because my battery needs replacing, unrelated to service performed) and they were right there to jump it and get it going. I didn't even have to ask. Very attentive staff, great communication and a sense the really care about their customers.
