Although there were signs posted, acceptable methods of payment were not made clear verbally at anytime during service. Ultimately this was not a problem but it made the experience somewhat less than seamless. Perhaps the effort that is spent sending progress updates via text could be put towards communicating the expected method of payment.

The customer service is horrible! Jessica was very rude from the first time I called which my insurance instructed that I call the body shop of my choosing. Her attitude never once changed, very rude and attitude in her voice to a customer. Darryl was also very rude too and not very helpful to me. I will NEVER bring a vehicle back and I will tell others to not go as well!
