Abra was very thorough and communicated progress often along the way. They also finished very quickly. One of the most professional service experiences I’ve ever been a part of.

The quality of the work was fantastic! The daily to twice daily updates I received were greatly appreciated and the entire staff was professional yet friendly. Having the rent-a-car right at the facility was also a huge plus for me. I would recommend the ABRA West Allis location to anyone!

My experience with Abra (and **** whom I worked with throughout the process) far exceeded my expectations! **** was there each time from estimate to drop off and on pick up. He stayed in touch with me via text and phone calls throughout. All of the reception staff were very, very friendly. These days great customer service is hard to come by. When I came to pick up my car I was informed it had to be jumped "multiple" times while it was there. It wouldn't start when I tried to leave so they gave me a jump, I went to Batteries Plus immdiately after leaving ABRA to find that they don't sell my battery because it is a "difficult install". I was stranded because now my car wouldn't start again, for 90 minutes until I could get a jump from roadside assistance to get me to O'Reilly who did sell and install my battery. I received multiple texts and calls to tell me the status of my repair but was not told one time prior to picking it up that there were suddenly issues with the battery. I could have had someone come with me to pick up and avoided being stranded in the cold with no heat for 90 min had ABRA considered that relevant info to tell me ahead of time.
