Just amazed how fast you were able to get my car back on the road. Getting parts, bumper replacement, including painting, in three days. The accident happened on Monday and we had the car back to go out for the evening on Friday.

The workers at ABRA really went above and Bronx with he repairs and also with the daily updates on the progress of he repairs. I am very grateful!! Thank you.

Other shops have cleaned and detailed the inside of my cars, wish they would have this time other than that great results so far.

100% satisfied with my repair completed by ABRA (my car looks like it never happened) and with the customer service I received from the staff. James from Geico provided outstanding service and I was very impressed with the claims website, and the Geico claims staff. My only disappointment was with Enterprise Car Rental. The agent did not mention the optional insurance while I was sitting at her desk, but rather I felt pressured to decide as she only mentioned it when I was getting ready to pull out of the parking lot. She didn't really explain properly what the optional insurance would protect me for, but I got that information from my insurance agent. She also quoted me an incorrect daily price, and when the cost would be deducted from my account. She said the deduction would occur daily, but that was not the case. I then called Geico when I got home to question this and they connected me with another Enterprise agent over the phone, as I wanted to confirm the price. So he did quote me a lower daily price over the phone, than what I was told in person, however, he refused to follow the quote up in an email. He said it was impossible for him to shoot me an email with the price as his "system wouldn't allow him to do it." And finally, I asked for a small car, but was not given an option to choose from what was available, but rather the car was chosen for me, and it was a larger size than what I was used to.

This is the third time we took our Toyota to ABRA. Everything turned out well and they are very professional. We are kept informed of the progress which is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them and their staff. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
