I was updated daily. The new bumper is brand new, so it was easy to look great (and it does). Staff is friendly. Warranty I'd for life of car (wow).

I was very pleased with all aspects of Abra's service.
The receptionist, the estimater, arrangement for Enterprise all were highly efficient. Communication throughout the process was exceptional. The bumper looks great and the cleaning of the car itself was a nice treat. The gentleman who checked me out was thorough in explaining warranty and making sure I was well satisfied with the finished work. All in all a very good experience. Would recommend Abra to others.
