As a whole the staff was very easy to deal with and made everything easy. Only complaint was i got the welcome text a few hours after drop off and then did not receive any more texts for two full days and had to call on a Friday at about closing to get an update not knowing if you guys were open on the weekends. Other than that and explaining that to Mike he made sure I got update texts and was very helpful to my wife since she was the one that had to deal with picking my truck up after repairs and made her experience very nice also. So all in all not sure if its a bad system or ??? Just thought i may hear something after 2 days and going into the weekend.. but again all the staff we dealt with was great and the truck looks as though nothing ever happened to it. So a shout out to the repair people too!!! Thank you
