First, please don't contact me. I've already received 3 or 4 phone calls since picking up my car and am feeling a bit harassed. I was happy with the work that was done, but not happy with the time that it took and the poor communication on when the work would be finished. I understand that the parts were difficult to locate and took time, but the lack of communication when expected finish times changed was extremely frustrating. I am happy to have the car back and happy with the outcome, but would probably try a different repair route in the future.
