Abra did a great job on my car. My only issue is I now have a warning light that tells me I have an entry issue and need to take the car to the dealership. I’m not sure why this is the case as I thought everything would be done at Abra and now having to go to the dealership is inconvenient. Evidently this is an issue with the key, something Abra cannot reset. Michael Sangster has been fantastic, a great asset to your team.

I was very satisfied with the service. My only suggestion is the parking. I had to wait 20 minutes after my car was finished because a tow truck, a set vice vehicle and another customer vehicle was blocking me in.
