The staff was friendly, but there seem to be a difference in the efficiency of service than years ago when we used ABRA.
I was given at least 3 different pick times. After driving the car we detect an intermittent BEEP! ever so many miles.

There rear bumper still needs to be worked on under the USAA auto claim. The passenger’s side mirror is dented. And the slide door on the passenger side the same situation. On the front bumper there are still two holes on the front.
