First of all, I am a very happy customer. I found two small issues. Paint run and a bump on the bumper. I have already addressed them to the Service Manager. They are very obvious flaws no inspector could miss.

From what I can tell, it was a half **** job at best. Price gouging with a big insurance company footing the bill. Car not cleaned, paint not blended, things replaced that didn’t need replacing and EXTRA dings and scratches that weren’t there when brought in. Unbelievable.
