You guys have really got it together. I have never had any experience with any body shop that goes this far with customer service whether I damaged the car or someone else has. I recently had my truck repaired and painted and I wished I had known about you guys because I would have surely had the work done here. I will be using this facility to take a dent out of my fender on my HARLEY Davidson motorcycle in the near future and cannot wait to do so . I have two issues; a chain of misleading/confusing communications and receiving a car covered with overspray.
On Saturday, ****/19I received somewhat confusing messages indicating the car was ready. On Tuesday after the MLK holiday I stoped by to check on the car and was told that it was not ready but I should receive a call to pick it up soon. I received a text late Tuesday that it wasn’t ready but should be ready Wednesday. A text late Wednesday stated it should be ready tomorrow. Friday afternoon I asked for the status and was told I could pick it up which I did.
That evening I noticed that there appeared to be a dirt film on the windshield that I could not clean using the washer and wipers. I stopped by Saturday morning and showed Chris the overspray on the windshield - he said he would take care of it and took the car for about 10 minutes and brought it back with a clean windshield. Latter looking at the car in the sunlight it became clear that the entire car was covered with overspray. I used a razor blade to clean the side and back windows (I could not properly clean the side mirror because the razor blade scratched it).

Service was excellent! Never felt pressured to proceed with repair when I got the estimate and I didn’t feel like I was being strong armed into buying anything extras which is rare to find with anything that has to do with auto-repair. Chris did a great job keeping me up to date with the repair status and I was thrilled with the end result of their work. Will definitely be back if I have another repair that I need done.
