Well it did take longer than expected not Abra’s fault though. My biggest peeve is the bumper was installed with a front bumper license plate holder which in GA is absolutely ludicrous. They said that’s what the VIN showed but you are dealing with non-OEM parts so they should be more suspect! A simple call or if they looked at the bumper I brought in would have clarified it. They offered to take off and repaint it but we already waited almost 3 weeks for the car and now I am concerned it won’t look right :(. I may still bring it back in a few weeks when we won’t need it. I don’t want to have to rent a car on top of the inconvenience.

The service was amazing and seamless! I didn't have to make not **** call, as Abra kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I'd asked they email me, since my cell phone service is bad in my office building. I received that email explaining, what was going on, when the car was being repaired/painted, and that my car was ready. I am delighted at the process and the service Chris provided to me. I would certainly recommend this facility!
