Might do a better job explaining the details of an Express drop (can't quite recall the name) as I was unaware the intent was to first take in the car and to call later with a repair estimate. I thought I would have the estimate in hand at the time I dropped off the car. Kim and Alyssa were very helpful and we got through it.
