From the front desk with **** (sp) who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable to Brian who was able to answer all my questions before the work and did a great job on the car as well as all the communication in between. I was very satisfied with ABRA's service and quality. They kept me well informed of the status of my repairs and were also courteous on the phone and in person. They made this a very efficient process for me - little to no effort on my part. They even detailed my interior! Cleanest it's been in a long time. I've had my vehicle back for less than 2 days and I've already recommended them to others. ABRA was recommended to me by my insurance company but I'll definitely chose them for any repairs in the future.

When I delivered the Mazda that Monday Abra was surprised about the work on the Mazda. Abra had to "scramble" to locate the estimate and schedule the work. Apparently the manager Luke knew about the work but later forgot.
