I appreciated the continuous updates during the process. I was a little surprised at how long it took, but the job was well done. I liked coming how this location had an Enterprise kiosk right inside the main office. It was amazingly convenient. I think it wouldn’ve been helpful on the final phone call to check in, to inform me that I could call Enterprise in advance to make sure they were at the Abra when I arrived to pick up my car.

The workers at Abra Auto Body are extremely nice and I enjoyed getting phone calls for the car updates- it made me feel like they cared and strong customer service was important to them. Tina (I believe her name is) the older gal at the front desk is extremely friendly and personable. John (Jonathan I believe) was excellent and always answered our questions and concerns professionally and honestly. He worked his hardest to make sure we were a priority, which we felt like one - not just a “customer.” I would easily recommend this Auto body shop and give it a 10/10. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.

I was very satisfied with all that was done to my car. Abra did a beautiful job! I was pleasantly surprised with finding my car detailed from the inside! That was a plus for me. Also having an email on a daily basis with an update, gave me peace of mind. I knew exactly what was being done and what day and time my car was going to be delivered.
