Communication and updates were very disappointing during the repair process. No one thought to call to inform me that the insurance company refused to replace my bicycle rack destroyed in the crash due to the clear negligence of their client. All around rather disappointed.

There is no communication. I took my truck in for $1300 in repairs. After a week and a half I called to find out the status and left a voicemail for Joe to call me to let me know. At 2 weeks I still hadn't heard anything and called Joe again and let a message. The weekend after the second week I had to contact my insurance company to find out what was going on. The next Monday, 3 weeks after dropping off the truck I got a call from Preston asking if I got the message on Friday that my truck was done. I hadn't and I checked all my calls and texts from Friday and there was no contact from Preston. So my truck was done and no one contacted me and we unnecessarily had to juggle our one vehicle for another weekend! Then tonight I got an email from you saying I would be provided service updates! I just picked the truck up! What updates do I need? Your communication is terrible. Time will tell how the repair holds up.

The team did a beautiful job on my car. It looks like new again both outside where the work was done but inside too since that was cleaned and vacuumed. What started as **** week took 4 weeks. I understand the wait for parts. The problem was the lack of customer service. Not one time did anyone call me. I had to call in numerous times for updates. Very rarely is the phone answered. No one returns calls. No one called to even tell me it was ready after 4 weeks. I stopped in and it was done. If you cannot contact customers and provide updates on what is going on that is not good business. I bought my vehicle at Preston and never would have thought a small repair would be like this. Never again!
