I am extremely disappointed that my car was kept outside while in Abras care, even though they knew it had a hole in the roof that leaked water. It rained significantly last week and the carpet is still very wet today. The response I got when I asked about it was that they thought it was going to salvaged, despite my phone calls informing them we had to work through a different insurance company to challenge the original windshield repair. Even if we do decide to salvage it, it’s not Abras decision. If there wasn’t enough room in the garage, then I deserved a phone call to inform me so I could make the choice myself. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I would not recommend Abra and we won’t be back for future repairs.
