Fred did an excellent job. He walked me through the entire process from the beginning to the end, starting with the washing of my auto and asking several questions re the accident to the completion of the job and returning my auto very clean. The repair looked as though it had just rolled out the factory. My car looked awesome!

The only tiny issue was when they cleaned my car (which I was very pleased with), they put the ice scraper in back with everything elese and I woke up to a foot of snow on my car. Please have the techs or whoever be mindful of that.
