I received my car back 2 days earlier than I expected.
The people at Abra in Plymouth, Mn. were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. In my opinion they went above and beyond in their work. I would definitely do repeat business here and refer this location to anyone I know with confidence.

My experience with Abra Auto is best described by words like plearurable, organized, efficient, and professional. I received a phone call the day after the damage to my vehicle occurred to schedule a damage review and subsequent processes. It was all clearly and patiently explained. The damage review and repair went like clockwork - from the friendly greeting as I came in the door to the friendly goodby as I left with my repaired vehicle. I was kept informed by text messages and phone calls of the progress of the repairs. Not too few and not too many. I would push to have them do any future repairs I might experience. I am left with a sense of calm confidence in the results I would get. Happy to recommend them to family, friends or strangers.

Paintless dent removal was incredibly undetectable. And areas that did require painting were color matched perfectly.
