While walking around vehicle, I noticed scuffs and scratches all over the rear gate near the area that was replaced. NEVER HAD THEM BEFORE I BROUGHT IT IN FOR REPAIR.. Very upset with the condition Mt vehicle is in.

I typically do not fill out surveys but I was very pleased with the service I received, the quality workmanship and the employees that assisted me in the process. I had been at an Abra years ago and was not very pleased but that was also many years ago. It turned me away from doing business. I decided to give it a try and very happy I did. From the rental car being lined up, Brittany calling to remind on scheduling, and the manger keeping me updated on the progress along the way. To get my car back in two days and done to the level it was, made me a happy customer. Also having four kids, the way my car was cleaned on the interior made me extremely satisfied. I am a fan! The Abra people were great from the very beginning when I first called to have them take care of my car. I ended up having another estimate done after my car was brought in. they did that and got the paperwork done so that it all could be completed rogether. my car was in one time instead of bringing it in twice. they communicated with me well. It was overall a very pleasant experience. My car looks great 🚗 too☺!

every aspect of my experience having my car repaired was above excellent. I am quite pleased. The service was great, the work was timely and the cost was great. The only thing I noticed and this is very small and I was debating with myself if I should mention it but since you ask. The fragrance used in my car smelt like a mixture of sweet cherry and a urinal cake. Maybe ocean breeze or citrus would be better.
