Although the service team were totally professional, I have concern about the quality control of the repair, the invoice detailed fewer parts than what was originally quoted. The representative and I then inspected the vehicle and in fact one part that was originally listed for replacement was not replaced. Of course I cannot completely inspect the entire job but it does make me wonder why a technician would reinstall a broken part and What else could be wrong with the repair.
