The body shop team at Team Toyota is completely disorganized. They told me 4 times over the course of 3 weeks that my car was "going to be done the following day." They got it right on the 4th try. So I guess **** for 4 isnt bad. They lied to me several times, and they didn't complete the repair so my car has to go back to the shop.

Team Toyota Collision Center is a high quality, customer service oriented business. I was kept up to date during the entire process with frequent updates. The staff answered all my questions and managed all the interactions with my insurance company (USAA). They kept me informed of all the details of my car's repairs.
