Being in a people business myself, I think it's unfortunate that you usually only get feedback from dissatisfied customers. So I wanted to take the time to let you know that I was completely satisfied with my experience at Joe Basil. The guy who gave me the estimate (Justin) was very thorough and explained the whole process. It was very convenient to have the rental car right there, I was on my way in no time. When I came to pick up my car I saw a small scratch on my car no questions asked they put me back into my rental and took car of the scratch which I found out later was not part of the repair estimate! They were amazing!
