In light of my situation, Jordan went above and beyond the call of duty for me. When I went to pick my vehicle up from the collision shop this morning I found that there was some issues that needed to be taken care of. After finding out that the one issue was not part of my accident, Jordan still went out of his way to notify me that it was not part of the accident, but the other issues were fixed and for the inconvenience that he would cover my rental charge for me to get to work today. Despite the issues everything was good. The experience was great. Jordan was a big help. This was the best dealership experience I have ever had, and I will definitely spread the word to my friends and family about Joe Basil Chevrolet.

The deadline kept getting pushed back 3 separate times due to needing to order a part last minute and painting parts the wrong color and even when it was picked up there was still minor dings and scratches that needed to be taken care of when I had to pick it up. Also, the left drivers mirror and a scratch in the exterior of the passenger side door still need to be replaced and fixed after I picked up my car. Just a bunch of inconveniences and lower quality customer care. Also, talked to a customer care representative who called me and said the manager would be in touch in a couple days but has been almost a week but no call from the manager yet.

No need to call as the work was done well and the employees I interfaced with were all professionals but it’s the little things that fell short. I think it took too long to complete as 5 full days was too long and once done the mirrors, the seats the radio station all should have returned to their original position and my antenna **** was never put back on the car.
