Terrible service. No follow up. Took 110+ days and I need to return the vehicle already for issues. Poor job overall. We joked the name is incorrect. This is not courteous

Car was not done when it was supposed to be, numerous times and called with earlier completion date did not happen. Because of this my rental got cancelled because they said it was completed. Picked up car with scratches all over and grease finger prints in car, dash and backseat. Front and back bumper with scratches, and noticed more at home that we wiped out the best we could.

Car needs to be returned due to broken drivers window excess glass not removed prior before new install and now glass chunks are tearing new tinting on window and you can still hear broken glass with window moving up and down.

The back bumper does not fit flush with the vehicle. I believe a better job could have been done. I was very frustrated throughout this whole process just because of the lack of communication about the status of my vehicle. I will return to this body shop again, only if something is wrong with what they have already fixed. Otherwise, if there is a next time, it will definitely be somewhere else.
