I dropped my car off on the the 17th. They didn't even look at my car until the 28th. When talking to the guy multiple times he said it would be done on the 2nd of november. On the 2nd when we came to get the car it was still was all in pieces and one guy was working on 2 cars. I never receive any information that it was not going to be done on the 2nd. Come the 4th when my husband got there it still wasn't even done they hadn't even done QA.

Car shakes when I excellerate and it didn't do that before. Also I have bad asthma and allergies and so does my 8 year old daughter. It's hard to be in the car due to the heavy smell of the paint from the body shop. I am hoping that as time passes it goes away. If not I will have to get rid of the car as she can't ride in it at the moment and me I rode in it with the windows down due to the smell being so strong, but my right eye swelled up so I have basically just been letting my mom who can't smell anything drive it. My mom also noticed the shaking.

I like how your shops is run. Tom said I would get updates but the ones from him were the one I'd would go by. I listened to him and it made my experience go smoothly.
