Estimated 7days worth repairs took Coggin Collision 35 days with constant onsite follow up and being quality control to point out many repair flaws to onsite supervisor that needed to be redone in order to get the vehicle back in decent shape. In addition, after 21 days, I was on the hook for rental fees and was paying out of pocket due to the many delays in getting my vehicle repaired from Coggin Collision.
Conclusion, I am very dissatisfied with the experience I received from Coggin Collision and pray no one has to go through this horrible experience.

Never in the 15 days was I called/e-mailed or communicated with regarding status or problems.
I would call on Mondays after not receiving info on the Friday, the day I was suppose to get updates....I was told.
Actual body work looks very professional but communication was non-existent unless I called.
Once on the phone people were polite and professional but they never followed through with communication commitments.
