I am satisfied with my recent repair experience. However, there was confusion on my part as to what was being repaired. I mistook a "smudge" of some kind for rust and thought it was being fixed. When I asked the guy to look at it - he explained what was done -- and then got some solvent to clear up the "smudge" - mostly (it was cold).
Also, thank you for cleaning the inside. It's amazing how nice that made my car seem.
