Dear Winks,
You have so many problems, that I do not know where to begin. I met with your front office three times (****) for the estimate (2) dropping off the car (3) picking up the car.
The service each time was uniformly the worst service I have ever received.
Here are some suggestions:
****. Offer a seat to potential clients. Something which you failed to do three times in a row!
2. When a client agrees to a $3000 job, shake hands on it.
3. After completing the job, present the work to the client.
4. I trust you liked receiving my money, which I believe I delivered to you in a timely and courteous manner.
In my last forty years as an adult, I can not think of once where I was treated in a more indifferent manner.

Getting texts regarding the progress of the repairs was fantastic, and my car was ready (and spotless) three days before the original estimate stated.
