Hello, so I appreciate the updates, honesty, and your managers approval to waive my deductible, but at this point 3 things came up in less than a week that we're all preventable before the back ordered part came in. As a result I paid $630 which includes extra Rental car days, gas, and when I could afford the rental; Lyft charges. Which isn't even including the fact I got back from visiting my parents and paid to stay in okc for 2 days expecting it to be ready last Friday. I've been polite and patient, but ultimately these are now your shop's mistakes and compensation is fair regardless of the deductible. Please discuss this with your manager. I can only hope your team will learn to catch similar issues with other client's cars in the future.

Everyone I encountered during my Collision Works of Del City experience was courteous, professional, patient, explaining the repair process in detail, and kind, except the receptionist. Her customer service skills were nearly non-existant and she was rude, abraisive and unpleasant.

The Collision Works crew restore my damaged Honda to like new conditions. They kept me updated weekly on the status of their work. Wit a shortage of parts it took a lot longer than normal. Soon as they were able to obtain the needed parts they promptly completed the repairs.

The work on my car was OK but not satisfactory. After getting My car home and being able to walk around it real good after I picked it up from the body shop I found **** paint places where I feel like it was scratched and paint was just blotted on it I feel like my trunk is somewhat Uneven.
