I was called to tell me it was ready. The body work on the rear pass. door looked like a high school student did the work.
Right front suspension boot was cracked. I did not accept the vehicle at that time. Kodi told me it would be corrected. Bout 4 days later it was ready. Problems were fixed. Finished work looked very well. I asked for a little bit of touch up paint, Kodie and Josh said that all left over materials including paint was discarded. Unbelievable.
A day or two after I picked up my pickup I noticed my headlights didnt match. I remembered that i had replaced the bulbs with brighter ones. They had replaced right H.L. assembly so I called Kodi and asked for the bulb out of the old H.L., she said they discarded the assembly. I find that a little hard to believe but possible. She did not offer to fix the problem. At this time the work on my pickup looks very good. All seems to be good.
All but the first body work and the two favors, touchup paint and H.L. bulb I am very satisfied.

I was kept updated on my vehicle the entire time. I was satisfied with the work. I had to get washer and coolant cartridges replaced....I wasn't informed they would need to be filled with their contents. I was under the impression if replaced they would be but that is minimal. Great work.

Excellent job. My car looks like it came off the factory floor. They even polished off some Yellow scuff marks I hadn’t seen. Excellent coordination between my insurance, Collionworks and The rental car company. I really appreciated them texting the different stages of repair for my car. It gave me an idea how soon they would finish. Very orderly. Transparent communication. Highly recommended.
